Blue LED

A long period of time are unable to provide blue light emitting of the Lcd display modules . Design engineers can only use the existing colors: red, green and yellow. Early "blue" devices are not really blue LED, but surrounded by a blue incandescent light scattering material.
A few years ago, the use of pure silicon carbide (SiC) material developed the first "true blue" LED, but their light efficiency is very low. Next-generation devices using gallium nitride-based material, its luminous efficiency can reach several times the initial product. Current manufacturing blue LED epitaxial material is indium gallium nitride (InGaN). Emission wavelength range of 450nm to 470nm, indium gallium nitride GaN LED can produce five times the lcd module light intensity.
